Posture

As we use the computer regularly, invariably our posture deteriorates, our shoulders may become hunched, our necks stiff, and we sit in a slumped posture.

Many postural problems are caused by over-tensed neck muscles which effect the free movement of the head. Ideally the head needs to balance lightly on the top of the spine. This allows our body to work in a balanced way, our spine becomes longer, our neck becomes freer and our joints and muscles function with a minimum of tension.

The Ergonomics Now trainers will help you discover new ways of sitting, and moving that put less pressure on your body and allow you to perform all your daily activities with greater ease and efficiency.
