The Kinesis Freestyle2 VIP3 is a wired split ergonomic keyboard with an adjustable layout and integrated tenting accessories. The two keyboard modules can be positioned to suit your working posture, while the VIP3 kit provides three repeatable tenting heights and built-in palm supports.

Its low-profile design, familiar key layout and quiet tactile keys make it suitable for office work, home workstations and users who want more control over keyboard width, separation and tenting than a conventional fixed keyboard provides. Mac and PC configurations are available through the product options.

Features

Adjustable split layout: Position the left and right keyboard modules to suit your desk setup and preferred typing width. The modules can be used together with the pivot tether or separated when more space is required.

Low-profile, zero-degree design: The Freestyle2 has a slim profile and zero-degree slope from front to back, reducing the keyboard’s overall height and limiting the need to work with the wrists raised.

VIP3 tenting system: The included V-Lifters provide stable, repeatable tenting at 5, 10 or 15 degrees. The system includes integrated palm supports and cushioned palm pads.

Stable typing platform: The VIP3 accessory is designed to provide a firm typing surface without the bounce associated with some adjustable keyboard stands.

Quiet, low-force tactile keys: The membrane key switches have an operating force of approximately 44 grams, an activation force of approximately 35 grams and 3.9 mm of key travel.

Familiar key layout: The standard layout reduces the adjustment required when moving from a conventional keyboard.

Driverless hotkeys: Dedicated keys provide quick access to common actions including browser navigation, undo, cut, copy and paste.

Mac and PC configurations: Choose the configuration that matches your computer. The Mac and PC versions use different layouts and shortcut functions.
